Non destructive preventive and maintenance tests for integrity control both in AQM and at the customer's premises or on the building site with the mobile lab on:
 
  • Components (castings, forged pieces, die-casting, raw and finished items, tanks, bottles, tubes, pipelines, etc.)
  •  Plants and complex works (pipes, water and gas networks, steel structural works, plants for energy production, products, etc.)
 
by means of:
  • Direct and remote visual test (VT)
  • Penetrating liquids test (PT)
  • Magnetic particle test (MT)
  • Eddy current test (ET)
  • Ultrasonic test (UT)
  • X ray  test (RT)
  • Radioscopic test (RT),
All operational and coordinating staff is qualified at 2nd and 3rd level according to UNI EN 473 and/or ASNT-SNT-TC-1A specifications.
We also carry out:
  • Radiometric measurements (ionizing radiation emissions) and emissions mapping
  • Indoor acoustic emissions (indoor phonometry)
  • Non-destructive test training courses (see training section)
